**The homeschooling requirements vary dramatically from state to state and country to country**

If you intend to homeschool your children then you have to find out the homeschooling requirements for your particular state, region or country. It is very important that you abide by the homeschool laws of your state. And you satisfy the powers to be doing everything that is required of

you.

That means keeping up to date with testing and record keeping if needed. If you do not abide by the laws of the land things could get very ugly very fast. I’m waiting for a homeschooling family to end up on the front page of the media for not following the rules.

There have been a number of cases of parents being arrested because they tried to change their child from mainstream medicine to natural medicine. Homeschooling is becoming very popular, so this upward trend is upsetting a number of people and they are just waiting for someone to slip up so they can pounce.

Generally speaking America has been divided up into 4 zones ranging from no requirements to very stringent requirements. It is better to check out the Home School Legal Defense Association website for more information on the zones.
